did 93.3 ever played local underground music b4? just curious as i never reaally heard any before and i think they are really good.

a number of years ago, there were 2 albums po yan shi po yan shi 1 & 2 which featured a few local chinese bands... 933 played a few songs from the pys 1, one of them by this guy called ji kang yang, can't rem wat his grp called.

i have come across some really potential local chinese bands and musicians who are really good but they just lack the marketing from big music companies. seems like no one support local stuffs also.

used to support lah, last time, when 100.3 was still under NTUC radio....they had a program called rock bands which featured quite alot of local chinese music & bands, & ard tat time there were also quite some gigs org...
now, it's either the trend die liao or i've lost touch...... -
well really hope that 93.3 can have something like that . there are still quite many local chinese musicians and bands now also.
98.7 already showcase local muscians now liao, but 93.3 still the same.

maybe can see a local band do an opening for beyond concert here haha
